Exchanges

Exchange time limit: 15 days for exchanges, counted from the date of receipt of the order.

International exchanges: 30 days for exchanges from the date of receipt of the order.

Exchange costs: Postage borne by the customer.

Product acceptance conditions: all parts must be returned with the respective labels.

To make an exchange, you must send an email to patrícia.rei.birthkeeper@gmail.com, which must include: name, telephone number, address to receive the new item, order number, reason for exchange, reference and size you want to exchange or return and reference and size of the item you want to exchange. Upon receipt of this email, the CasaMãe team informs you of the options to follow.

Once we receive the item to be exchanged/returned, the item will be evaluated.

In case the information presented does not correspond to the characteristics of the product, the Customer has the right to terminate the purchase and sale contract under the applicable legal terms.

The photographs presented on the website are merely illustrative, so we recommend that you consult the product in detail for better information about the respective characteristics of the items you intend to purchase.

The product catalog of the CasaMãe online store is independent of other online stores, both in terms of price, in terms of the products presented, as well as the quantities in stock. All promotional campaigns have limited stock and are exclusive to the CasaMãe online store.

The validation of the purchase order or order determines that the “Buyer” is aware of and accepts the Conditions and Terms.

Returns (Right of Resolution)

The User, if he is a consumer, may exercise his right of withdrawal without being required to pay any compensation, within a period of 14 (fourteen) days from the day on which the consumer acquires physical possession of the good.

To exercise this right, the User must send an email to patricia.rei.birthkeeper@gmail.com and indicate all his identification data, the subscribed service he intends to resolve and the subscription date.

The consumer must, within a period of 14 (fourteen) days from the date of communication of the resolution, return the goods to CasaMãe in the proper conditions of use.

The package must be returned complete, as it was delivered and accompanied by all the documentation received, namely the following documents: sales invoice and the document that proves receipt of the product. The package and documents indicated must be sent to the following address:

If the User opts for other forms of return, the respective shipping costs will be their responsibility.

  1. Upon receipt of the return at CasaMãe, the User will be refunded the amount corresponding to the amount paid for the order (sales invoice amount). If you have used a promotional discount code, that amount will not be refunded, that is, the refund will only be for the amount actually paid.
  2. The refund method for the amount to be returned depends on the payment method used in the respective order. In the case of credit card and PayPal payments, these are credited to the respective accounts. In other cases, when NIB information is provided, the refund is made to the indicated bank account. Otherwise, the refund is made by check to the billing address. The refund is made up to 14 days after receipt of the will of free resolution and receipt of the return of the good.
  3. In the absence of any of the components of the item sold or, if any of them are not in excellent condition conservation, there will be no refund of the price or postage, and the product will be sent back to the initial shipping address.
